Hello -

Your website states my warrantee expired March 31. And, of course, my earbuds decided to stop working on the 30th. So, I immediately submitted a repair request but just got a phone call stating that my warranty ended on the first and I have to pay the price for new headphones just to repair them. What gives? What's wrong with your website?
