Hi. I have been using my Buds + earphones for 6 months, never had a problem but this weekend I put it on charge and this Monday I tried to use and I only have one earphone that is connected . The other is disconnected and the touch screen does not respond. Is it damaged or is there a solution to recover it? Thank you
