I read through the post and found that several people have problems with one or more of the ear buds losing significant volume due to essentially being plugged up and that it is not a user level repair. How do I get hold of Samsung to see if theyβll assist me in them repairing it since itβs obviously outside of warranty. Iβve had these earbuds for approximately one year and purchase them with Samsung credit following the purchase of the phone.
