@SamsungAdam The right bud is not charging at all. The left one charges and functions properly. If I place the right one alone into the charger the light remains red and doesnt turn green what so ever. Everything that I am using is original. Can you please help me with this. I hardly used my earbuds for a month.

I am seeing this a lot and I have the same issue. I'm guessing that people are seeing something similar to my screen shot below. The bud is not found, will not connect, and will not update because it will not connect.
