Right bud really quiet

My right bud is much quieter than the left.

this has only happened in the last few weeks.

I've reset, disconnected, drained the battery, recharged, connected to another device - with no joy.

Can you suggest anything?

which buds are these..? if it still within the year of purchase call Samsung and do a warranty claim. don't wait
