Ever since I updated to 2.1 my right earbud has a different volume level then my left. My right is a lot lower than my left. Any idea how to fix this issue? Can I get it replaced if I bring it to ubreakifix? Had the buds for over a yr. Got the buds on Amazon.
You can try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/ Make sure the software for the earbuds are up to date. The earbuds would only qualify for exchange if they are covered under the one-year limited manufacturer warranty.
If you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement.For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions
