Right earbud not connecting. Shows red exclamation.

I have performed the troubleshooting listed on this page - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111318/

 

There is an update available for the earbud, however only thee left earbud is able to conenct to the galaxy wearables app and hence cannot be updated. 

Please let me know what can be done

Try to delete the earbuds from the galaxy wearables app and start again by pushing add new device.
