My Galaxy earbuds are connected to my phone. They connect to the app just fine. The Left bud shows 100% charge and the Right shows an "!" I try to scroll to the bottom, goto "about earbuds" to click on "reset earbuds" and it's greyed out. I have another pair of earbuds and a case. I've tried charging the non working earbud in the case that both earbuds work and still the same thing. Any suggestions.
