I am experiencing a sync delay between the two earbuds/disturbance in the voice of other person on the call during ongoing calls made via Samsung buds 2 which I purchased recently. That means, sound is not consistent throughout. Sound is robotic and breaks a lot. This behaviour is very much noticeable and happens within seconds of time. This has been happening from the very first day of usage. Thus, making calls via these buds is very inconvenient. Also, all of my family members and friends tested it in their ears and felt the disturbance in the sound. However, there are no disturbances while using a single bud at a time on a phone call. No problems while listening to music/podcasts using both buds and the sound quality is pretty good and the touch controls also works like a charm. Though there are some intermittent connectivity issues wherein sound gets lost for 1-2 seconds but that is not my main concern. I got my buds exchanged with new ones and these new ones also have the same problem.

Have you tried pairing your buds with another device to see if you experience these symptoms?
Are you using the Galaxy wearables app when experiencing these symptoms?
Are you using the stock dialer when you are experiencing these symptoms?
