I am having a hard time charging my earbuds. It keeps saying it's charged when I know it's dying. I never had this problem with the old earbuds. It's also not connecting to my wearable app. I have tried everything to get it to connect. HELP!!

When the earbuds are unable to connect to the Wearables app, regretfully, there are no troubleshooting steps available and service would be recommended.
