I've had my Samsung earbuds about a year now and worked perfectly fine up until a couple days ago. They just stopped working. None of the indicator lights on the case come on when connected to the the power source. And the buds won't pair to my phone either. Any ideas how to fix this??
Thank you for reaching out, I can understand wanting to make use of your Galaxy buds. Have you been able to reset your Galaxy buds through the Wearables app? You can do so by following the steps below.
For the Galaxy Buds or Buds+, tap About earbuds. Tap Reset earbuds, and then tap Reset to confirm.
Also, are you able to check to see if there is an update available while both buds are in the cradle?
