Hello my Samsung left bud is not working.

For about 2-3 months now my left Galaxy ear bud+ has not been working. When I put it in the case to charge it doesn't show up as being in the case. I cannot update my working earbud because it requires both to be connected. The left cannot charge, connect, update, or even be usable. I tried reading the manual but nothing in there seems to mention this issue to help me. I don't know how to fix this without buying a new pair or sending in for repair. Does anyone else have this problem or know what to do? I'd really appreciate it. Please and thank you!!

I understand how frustrating this is. When there is only one earbud connecting, it is recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician.
