I am trying to find my earbuds but when I try to access the find my mobile through Samsung wearables it says app needs to be updated. Everything is updated and I have restarted my phone, what is left to be done and why does it say it needs to be updated when I can't update the app?
Were you able to go into the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store to check for an update to the wearables app? What happens if you clear the cache of the wearables app?

I also just tried the "find my earbuds" button within the wearables app and it didn't work for me. I have everything updated, still doesn't work.... tried contacting customer service and can't get anything but an automated response that can't answer any of my questions
