I have had my galaxy earbuds plus for over a year now. I bought them September last year and I haven't had any trouble until just these past 2 weeks after the update on the phone it seems. My ear buds are not keeping charge. Once charged all the way , one side dies after just 5 min. Before it was like a hour then to 30 min and now not even 5 minutes.  It just dies and don't even beep as a warning that battery life is low anymore. Can someone please help?

You may need to visit a Samsung Service Center or Samsung authorized repair center for technical assistance.

Just bring your proof of purchase if the device is still under the standard Samsung warranty.
