I lost my earbuds but I still have the case. I cannot get the last known location on them for nothing. The batteries are dead because I have been looking for almost a month. I need help because this is really making me mad.

The buds would need to have battery in order to track the buds using the find my mobile feature. Please see this reference guide for steps to track your buds with a charged battery: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080182/

 

As the battery is dead, and you are missing both buds, I would recommend purchasing another pair of Galaxy Buds. If you wish to purchase a new pair of buds you can contact our E-commerce team directly at 1-855-726-8721.
