Samsung galaxy buds + left bud not charging or connecting

Just received my new Samsung Galaxy Bud + today only to find that the left ear bud isn't charging or connecting.. On the Samsung Wear it's saying right side 100% and the charging box 80% but the left ear bud dead nothing not even changing not something I wanted to expect on a brand new ear buds please help me...

Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy buds+?

-If not I would recommend using the original charging cable.

 

Note: Use only Samsung-approved charging devices and accessories. Samsung accessories are designed for your device to maximize battery life. Using other accessories may void your warranty and may cause damage.

 

When did you start experiencing these symptoms?

 

Have you had a software update to your Galaxy buds+ recently?

 

Did the buds ever connect and charge?

Sorry, you are going through this follow directions on this link if that doesn't help, you may have to get in contact with a Samsung moderator to escalate to a repair center.

Yes, I received them yesterday, a real disaster, my service provider does not take over. (From Uruguay)

Hello,

 

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-ocurring.

 

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago.
