Samsung right earbud volume super low

Good Evening,

My Samsung Galaxy Bud+ right ear bud is not working correctly. The volume is much lower than the left earbud. 

Please could you advise what I can do to resolve this situation? Is it possible to replace a right earbud?

I have the same problem except my left ear bod is the 1 with little to no volume.

I have the same issue.  The left bod is much softer.  I have reset, disconnected, reconnecting, updated, cleaned, added to laptop, other phone, deleted, reconnected, no change.  I have used them hard. Not sure what to do next.

my volume just cut out last night. I can barely hear the beeps when my right bud connects, let alone any music. is there a fix to this?
