I only just bought my ear buds a little over 3 months ago and they have recently stopped being able to charge and I am using all the correct and official samsung chargers but it wont even charge wirelessly the ear buds work but the case and this means the buds to wont charge and I am rather disappointed is there anything that can be done to sort them as they were expensive and I cant afford to buy anymore and I have only had them just over 3 months

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your buds. It seems like you did all the troubleshooting steps. Your next step would be a mail-in service as the device is in warranty they would send you a replacement. Contacting the 800-Samsung number will get you started with the mail-in option. My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

Thank you for your response but due to current circumstances stances I cannot use the mail in service as were under lockdown and I have no nearby access to a post office do u perhaps have any other ideas ?
