I recently got the Galaxy Buds and when I received a Google Duo call I answered and put my buds in, they had been in the case. Howevee, while they connected to my phone, the audio did not switch to the buds, it stayed with the phone speaker. I tried double tapping, no change. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
The Galaxy Buds need to be out side of their case in order fro the Audio to be switch to them while they're in your ears. When they're out of the case; the buds are actively connected to the phone.
So, they have to be in my ears prior to accepting the call for them to have the audio?
Let me explain what happened a bit better:
1. Received Google Duo video call
2. Accepted call
3. Opened buds case
4. Put buds in my ears.
At this point I expected the paired buds to get the audio
What happened was no audio in the buds and call remained on phone speaker.
