The app cant not find my galaxy Buds Pro

My last set of samsung buds had no problems being found in the app but my new Samsung galaxy buds pro dont show up even after doing all the so called check list to get them to load up please up or put out a update and fix this

Hold the volume up and down touch buttons at the same time with them in your ears
It will go into pairing mode

You mean touch and hold both earbuds touch pads at the same time?

I think holding the buds touch area for ~10 seconds resets them, or you can just google it to confirm the reset method for the buds. (while in case)

what phone do you have? are you using wearable app?
