Solved: The case light is always on. - Samsung Community

I don't what happned to my Buds, but it seem like the light on the outside case is always on so I can't tell when it charging or not. The light is always green and when charge it's still green. It basically doesn't change color.

Have you already attempted to reset the buds through the wearables application?
