Galaxy Buds
Hey! I bought the Galaxy Buds2 at the beginning of the month and they've been working fine up until a couple days ago when a strange issue started to emerge.
The left earbud is completely inaudible, EXCEPT when I turn on noise cancelling or ambient sound modes, in which case I hear a steady high-pitched whistling sound instead. Is this a known issue? How do I fix this?

Hi, I figured out the problem I was having! I'm using third-party eartips that better fit my ears, however they don't have any earwax guards like the stock tips so the earbuds got clogged with earwax.
What I did to solve this was to lightly brush them with isopropyl alcohol (instructions here: https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/article/cleaning-your-headphones-qc20-apple.html) and they sounded just like new after that.
