Galaxy Budsmy buds pro just wouldn't charge from a few hours ago. It was working fine yesterday but I noticed that the led light on both outside and inside the charging case were not lighting on and I've been charging it for a few hours now but nothing is working. I've tried trouble shooting following the instructions on https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01206422/#samsung-earbuds-do-not-charge
but that does not work either. I only bought this five months ago and haven't dropped it or anything. What can I do about it?
