galaxy buds+ keep disconnecting

my buds+ keep disconnecting when media is begins playing within 1-2 seconds. this problem occurs in my non-samsung devices. how to fix this issue?

(had a similar problem with my samsung phone earlier but had been resolved by re-installing app and resetting buds multiple times.)

I am having the exact same issue... have reset multiple times and issue persists.... need a fix or these are worthless

Same thing happening for me now. They worked great for a few week and now they keep diconnecting. Someone from Samsung please reach out to me ASAP. I have multiple samsung products and enjoy them all. That is why I bought these buds. I made the assumption that Samsung products would work well with each other compatability-wise. HELP!!!!!!

Hi, I have the same issue. They sometimes work fine on my s10 but never on my iPad
