my buds+ keep disconnecting when media is begins playing within 1-2 seconds. this problem occurs in my non-samsung devices. how to fix this issue?

Same thing happening for me now. They worked great for a few week and now they keep diconnecting. Someone from Samsung please reach out to me ASAP. I have multiple samsung products and enjoy them all. That is why I bought these buds. I made the assumption that Samsung products would work well with each other compatability-wise. HELP!!!!!!
Here are some steps you can try to correct the issue:
Make sure that your Bluetooth app and Music apps are not listed under Optimized apps.
