I have been having an issue with the galaxy buds live basically since I got them. I'm unable to hang up using the buds when on a call unless my phone is unlocked which is extremely inconvenient especially when driving
If you think they are defective you should submit a warranty claim. As far as inconvenience while driving it may be illegal to use buds while driving depending on where you live.
