Galaxy BudsAs stated in the title, I own the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, Galaxy S25+ phone, and Galaxy Book5 Pro laptop.
All are signed into my Samsung account with the phone and laptop paired successfully with the Buds4 Pro. I do get audio through my buds when I'm connected to my phone or laptop, but have to manually disconnect from one device and then manually connect to the other when I want to switch the audio.
This is where the "Auto switch Buds" option is supposed to handle that process automatically for Samsung products. However, it does not. For example, if I'm watching a movie on my laptop with my buds connected and then get a call on my phone, the bluetooth connection doesn't automatically switch to my phone once I answer the call. Instead, I have to go into the Bluetooth settings on my phone and manually select "connect" in order for the audio to switch from my laptop to my phone through the buds.
I've spoken with Samsung tech support and they're of no help, it's as if they don't understand the problem. I can't even confirm whether Samsung is aware of this issue and working on a fix, the responses I get from them are so vague.
Can a mod or perhaps Samsung employee here push this matter up the ladder to Samsung tech? The "Auto switch Buds" is a marketed feature of these buds and the main reason why I bought them, but doesn't work as advertised. I'll be forced to return them if this can't be fixed.
