right bud super quiet.

i have an s20 ultra 5g and the right earbud is super quiet. i checked the connector for debris, i tried another phone, no luck, its the buds. what can i do?

I recall hearing about the same problem you're having... hopefully, you're still under warranty... If so, Samsung will replace it for you.  Unfortunately, if you're out of warranty, you'll have to buy another one.  I'm sure they will sell "singles".... good luck!

Just to clarify are you referring to the Galaxy buds or the AKG headphones?

they are the buds that came with my galaxy s20 ultra 5g phone. they have a usb-c plug. they say akg on them
