One ui 3.1.1 is not ready for prime time. It works for awhile then does not put all the folders back on the screen. I have to reboot to restore. How can I go back to 3.1 or fix this issue. The only solution seems to be to run a different launcher.

Thank you for reaching out. Samsung doesn't have an authorized way to revert the software to the previous version.
