I am having considerably more dropped calls / people can't hear me on this Fold 2 than the S10+ I had before it. Any advice on actions? Obviously I can contact Verizon but curious if there is other advice.

Verizon classified it as a weak network issue. I don't know that I agree since I did not have issues with my S10+. But I do see the network as weak on the phone. So they are sending me a Network Extender at their cost. Will see if that helps.
