Got my new fold today (insurance replacement) and the Bluetooth will not connect to anything.     Nor will earbuds pro connect through wear app. I have 2 pairs of earbuds plis and a pair of live I also tried and nothing.   Car won't connect either.   I have turnd off the battery optimized, cleared the cache, reset network settings, made sure wifi was on, deleted and reinstalled the wear app, made sure permissions were granted in the app and nothing.  I'm extremely frustrated with this and am hoping the replacement sent is not broke.

Sounds like there is definitely an issue with the Bluetooth. Was the insurance replacement a brand new device or refurbished device? Either way if it were me I would be back on the phone with whomever you got the insurance claim with asap.

have you tried it in the safe mode? 

submit an error report via samsung members app
