Can No Longer Trim Videos After Recent Software Updates

After the latest software update I can no longer trim the videos in my gallery. Any attempt by me to trim any video is met with an error message stating I cannot "ZOOM in or Out on timeliness of high resolution videos". I have never encountered this issue before. Only now after the recent software update. HELP!!

Someone else had a similar post and their editor needed updated. Can you check the version info and make sure it's up to date?
