Can't make S Pen Pro paired with Z Fold 3.

Hello everybody,

For some reason my S Pen Pro doesn't pair with Z Fold 3. I turn it on, it blinks blue, red, green colors but there is no reaction on it from my Z Fold 3. BT is on. Switch in the Fold position. Instruction says that some connection dialog is supposed to pop up but I see nothing. Also it says to go Settings->Advanced features->S Pen->Air actions but I don't see any air actions inside S Pen setting. Just rotating S Pen Pro image and text.  
Does anybody have it working? What do I do wrongly?

You might have to go to the 3 dot in the top right, and unpair, then start the scan on the phone, and at that point, hold the rear of the button tool it starts blinking, and you will see on the phone that it is pairing. And then, be sure to check to make sure you update the s pen firmware

I don't see "3 dot in the top right" under S Pen (see screenshot above). And I have nothing to unpair since I can't pair it in the first place :-(.

toggle it to Z Fold on the Pen, press and hold both buttons to go into the pairing mode again, and try to connect

submit an error report on members app > + button > error report

Apologies.. That was a bit vague.. It's under air actions, within "s pen". See the screen grabs. I had to actually unpair mine before it would pair the very first time. It was very weird.. I think there's something wonky with the pairing process.

Mistery solved. My bad. I haven't realized that S Pen Pro designed to work with main screen only. I was trying to pair it with my device folded. After I have unfolded it S Pen Pro got paired and works as advertized. I thougt it will work with cover screen too.

Hi I'm having an issue where it's not connecting to my phone it's not the pro but I was wondering If anyone could help

You don' t need to connect S Pen Fold (not Pro) since it doesn't have Bluetooth. It just work. You will not have Air Command feature though. But you can ink on the main screen.
