I'm trying to buy Samsung Care+ for the phone that i just received. I decided after i pre-ordered that i should get the protection. I have tried the website and it says I don't have an Australian IMEI. The members app just leads me to the website. Thanks

I got the Samsung Care+ when I ordered my Galaxy Fold Z2 directly from Samsung . I didn't
want to take a chance with such an expensive phone.
Did you pre order from Samsung or your Carrier ?
If you didn't recieve phone yet just cancel the order and start a new order directly
from Samsung and add the Samsung Care+.
