Can't swipe down on a notification for more information

Been happening every couple of days I get a notification try to swipe down on the notification to get the couple of options to reply or what ever and it won't do it I have to restart my phone every time to fix it it's really annoying please fix

With the phone powered down, press + hold power and volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Wipe cache partition and then power to select and confirm. Use the volume keys again to highlight Repair apps and then power again to confirm. This should fix this problem and possibly will make the phone a bit speedier too. 🙂

Thank you I will try this and see if it will work I feel like it's just a bug on the fold 5 software never had this problem on my note

Well it started to happen again same as before only lasted 7 days

I started having this problem on my fold 4 and now it's happening on my fold 5. If I get a lot of alerts, let's say 3+ notifications, the bottom ones can be swiped in a downward motion to expand for more details, but the top two notifications can't be swiped on at all to expand the for more info, I need to press the little arrow to the right. Super annoying, if anyone has solutions let me know

I do not have that issue and I get a ton of notifications.  Try booting to Safe Mode and see of it does the same thing.
