I have the fold 3 unlocked an I'm with t-mobile. I just recently started having network connections issues since updating to the July security patch.  Is anyone else having this problem.

Hello, I can certainly understand how inconvenient it is when you cannot use your phone for what it is designed for. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolved the symptoms you are experiencing:

1. Have you tried a new SIM card from your carrier to see if that may fix the issue?

2. Have you tried resetting your network settings in your device?

3. Have you tried wiping the cache partition on your device? The system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly. Give these steps a try: (then look up the steps and insert them.

4. Have you tested your device in safe mode? This will stop all third party apps from running and allow us to rule out any interferences between apps since the update. Give this link a try: (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/)

5. And lastly, have you contacted T Mobile to see if they are experiencing any issues?

If you are still experiencing the issue with your device after trying these troubleshooting steps and any troubleshooting that T Mobile might have, I would suggest a service option. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
