Download manager issue with secure folder

Download manager in the secure folder, at random times, shows a notification for every file downloaded in the secure folder's download manager, even if the folder is toggled off.

Notifications cannot be turned off for Download Manager in secure folder, and there is no Download Manager app in the main OS! This is a major security flaw!

IF THEY ARE IN SYSTEM FOLDERS THEY WILL REVERT BACK INTO SECURE FOLDERS. DISABLE SAFE FOLDER UNTIL YOU ARE DONE

This doesn't actually fix anything. It still shows up when you revert.

I've noticed that this happens when you try to save an image from discord in the secure folder.

If the original file or app was saved into a secure folder it will always sync it back to that secure folder location. Delete the secure folder after copying files from inside. That will be the only way samsung cloud won't sync a copy back.
