Galaxy FoldThe next time it happens, in the settings, Battery and device care, press Battery, Press Background usage limits, and press sleeping apps. Check for any related apps such as Wearable App, Bluetooth, etc. If you see one related in some way that is being put to sleep when a call is made or taken, Press the app, then at the bottom, press Turn On, while in the app information, press battery, and then press Unrestricted or Optimized.
