OMG! I have been waiting since August 28th. i purchased my phone at a Sprint in to T-Mobile store and been giving the run arounds ever since. Furthermore, I have not been even contacted that its at the warehouse or anything! Can Samsung assist me?
Still waiting too. Ordered August 19th. No one can answer my questions. Terrible customer service. They have no idea. It was supposed to arrive definitively on September 25th. Now they have no idea. I think my order got lost in the system.
