I bought the phone 4 days ago but I can't watch an video with explicit content and i have switched off the safesearch filter but the same problem won't go away, the worst part is i can here the sound

yeah same. I turned off the filter but than it turns itself back on immediatly

Does this issue still happen when your phone is in safe mode?
