Galaxy Foldcould be that the account setting for the website/app you are trying to log into is locked to another device if the fold 2 is new for you (not many actually do this), or the carrier is having some issues delivering the text to your phone.. first try contacting the carrier. Then if they can't help.... try contacting the app/website customer service to see if they can help
