Galaxy Fold
Or you can just go in the phone app, tap on contacts to view your list of contacts. Scroll down a bit until you see "Groups". Tap on it and you'll be presented with the options to create groups

Galaxy Fold@user1RViHXKcm4 Yes there is.
- Open the Contacts app
- Click the 3 line menu on left side
- Click on Groups
- Scroll down and click on +Create Group
- Enter the name of your group
- Now you can add contacts to the group there. You may have to click the pencil icon to add members.
- OR when you open a contact, you can click on edit, view more, click on Groups and add them to one, or more, groups.
