Hi my galaxy fold 3 not responding sensor fingerprint

My new galaxy fold 3 is stop working the fingerprint sensor I tried restart  turned off clean cashes nothing work is keeping the same error sensor not responding and I can remove the fingerprint all ready add because the sensor is off

Yes men is bad so i think is the new update star make this but today i restart the phone in the fold open position and star on again the fingerprint star works again but I don't know to how long

I do recommend restarting your phone daily. I forget where the setting is in your phone. But you can have it restart every day at whatever time you set it. I have it restart at 5am. I've noticed that my phone runs pretty smooth since using this feature.

go to samsung members app > get help > diagnostic   and test the FP Sensor. if it fails there is a high chance of sensor damage that needs replacing.
