How do I receive my $200 credit?

I pre-ordered the z fold 3 through my phone carrier and part of the deal is that you get a $200 credit with Samsung. Anyone know how to get it because both Samsung and my phone carrier are not helping.

The credit was at checkout when you're on the "Add-Ons" page. You use it during then while you checkout and they ship everything together that way

So I can buy accessories? This will work, although I didn't purchase the phone through Samsung?

They will email you the code after a while. As long as you registered in shop samsung and were approved you should get the code in a few weeks.
