Galaxy FoldA few things to try; Place the phone into safe mode to see if this still happens, if it does not then an app is at fault. Try removing your case, if the issue does not happen then the case is causing this to happen. Try a factory reset, sometimes software can glitch out so a reset can set you back to factory settings and retest from there. If none of these things help, you can seek a return through your retailer (eCommerce if ordered through samsung.com 1-855-726-8721) or we can look into service repairs for you. For service repair options, please call the support line at 1-877-841-1138 directly.
