My Z fold 3 screen constantly turn ON

Why is my Z Fold 3 constantly turning on the screen? My wife says it's a notification but I don't here my notification sound and when I swipe down to look my notification time stamp don't match so I know it's not a new notification. Is there something wrong with my phone or are they Phantom touches? Pls if anyone has a idea or a good solution pls let me know thanks

@Domrep007 Have you tried Samsung's Nice Catch or NotiStar? They are part of Samsung's Good Lock. 

Nice Catch will tell you what caused several types of events. One type is Screen Wakeup. 

NotiStar will show you all the notifications that appear. In NotiStar you will probably want to:

1. Open NotiStar
2. Click on the 3 dots at the right end of the search bar.
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Application list
5. Turn it on for all apps (or at least for the apps which you suspect).
