May I know why this is removed from the Fold5 and Flip5? I used this feature every single day and now it's gone. It's detrimental to keep this feature so can it be added back with a software update??

I also second the motion to re-implement this feature, a feature that both my SO and I used all the time with our Fold3 and Flip4. A pretty big blow to the usability of devices with displays this excessively long (cover screen of the Fold5, main screen of the Flip5).

download the Samsung Good Lock app from the Galaxy App store and install the RegiStar module, you can enable back-tap or side-key functionality to bring up notifications.

Please bring this feature back immediately as this was a big reason why I use the z flip 4 and now z flip 5 because of the one handed usability.

For now, download the Samsung Good Lock app from the Galaxy App store and install the RegiStar module, you can enable back-tap or side-key functionality to bring up notifications. You have to hold side key to bring up notifications but better than swiping down and using two hands on screen.

I used this feature a lot back in the S9+ when the fingerprint was at the back. I used it briefly on secondhand Z Flip 4 and honestly it didn't bother me. Please have it added back for the Z Flip/Fold 5. Why bother adding it just to remove it for future iterations. Oh wait, that's not the first time that happened. ._.
