I keep randomly getting a pop-up saying that

Hello, I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be getting a pop up and not knowing what it means or how to fix it. If you are still having the pop up, let's give this a try! 

 

Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Reset Options -> Reset App preferences

 

If that still doesn't work for you and you've already tried to factory reset your phone, i would suggest service. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
