I recently purchased z fold 3 and in checkout I enrolled care+ with first 12 months free.

I tried to register my product and got rejected, then tried to register through chat. It still shows rejected status after contacted customer service twice. It also prompts me that I can enroll care+ within 363 days, which I believe I already had.

To be honest this really disappointed me since I had issue registering my previous Samsung phone, too. And this never happened to my apple devices, they don't even need me to register.

Cool I think you don't have to worry much then, you should eventually get the welcome email for Care+. Wait a week or two and probably contact them again saying that your Care+ is still isn't active on your phone even though your order confirmation shows you bought it. I think you are covered don't worry, just taking time to probably complete the automatic enrollment.

But I agree, they don't make this process smooth enough like apple does. The automatic enrollment should have been completed ideally the same day you receive the phone. But looks like Samsung still has ways to go for making this process hassle free.

When did you receive your Fold 3? It'll take a few days for the Samsung welcome care+ email to come and registration is automatic if you added it while ordering the phone. Just give it a few days and it'll also show up in the subscriptions tab of my orders in shop Samsung app once it's active. You don't have to worry unless you have had your phone for quite sometime and still haven't received the welcome email from Samsung care+.

I received it on Aug 25. It still shows I have 353 days to sign up for care+, and the registration is rejected after review.

Does your order detail shows that you purchased/added Care+?
