Hey Samsung folks.....I'd like to be able to control the scrolling speed when using my s pen pro. It's always super fast and I need to make an extra effort to get the text I'm reading back into a position where I can read it.....pretty much defeats the entire purpose of hover scrolling in my opinion if it can't be better controlled.
