SAMSUNG CARE+ ENROLLMENT ONLINE

For anyone trying for days like I did to enroll my phone in Samsung Care+, here's your solution. I messaged and called many times and was getting the same solution which was to go through the members app. I could NOT find enrollment in the app. Finally on one of the calls someone says there's a new website!

Boom, big button to enroll.

I was able to get to the sign up page for Samsung Care+ through Samsung Members app. It ends up routing to a web page where my IMEI is populated. I haven't signed up but it's available if I want to.

1. Open Samsung Members App
2. "Explore" tab
3. Tap "Benefits" filter or the "Benefits" card
4. Tap the Samsung Care+ card
5. Tap "Buy NOW" button

Arrive at web page with IMEI number populated asking for purchase date.

that's exactly what I was getting from samsung. But there is no card or option under benefits for samsung care+.

@danwemet Sorry, it wasn't there for you but this is where it should be after step 3. Maybe there's a widespread issue in Samsung Members app.
